Webflow Website Cost UK: What You'll Actually Pay in 2026

If you're budgeting for a new site, the first question is usually about Webflow website cost in the UK, and the honest answer is "it depends on scope". That doesn't help when you're trying to get a budget signed off. So this guide gives the ranges UK studios actually publish in 2026, explains what pushes a quote up or down, and lists the extras that are easy to miss. We're Asctro, a London digital studio founded in 2016 that builds on Webflow, so we'll also say where we think the money is well spent.
The short answer
Across published UK pricing pages, a professionally designed and built Webflow website usually falls into these bands:
- Small marketing site (4–6 pages): roughly £3,500–£6,500
- Mid-size site (8–15 pages with CMS): roughly £6,500–£20,000
- Complex or bespoke builds (custom interactions, several CMS collections, integrations): £20,000 and up, with full-service projects that include strategy and copywriting often quoted at £30,000+
These ranges come from several UK studios that publish their prices, including wat.studio, Bambino and ViDesigns. An independent comparison of 33 Webflow agency rate cards by Octo Agency, read on 18 October 2026, found a median entry price of £4,000 across six UK studios and $5,000 among dollar-priced studios. See Octo Agency's Webflow pricing comparison for the full table.
Entry prices usually cover a small number of pages built from agreed designs. Once you add strategy, a design system, CMS templates, copy and SEO, the price climbs, and that's where most of the spread comes from.
What drives the cost of a Webflow website?
1. Whether design is included
This is the biggest single variable. If you arrive with finished Figma files, you're paying for development only. If the studio starts from a blank page with discovery, wireframes and visual design, the scope is very different. Several UK studios put development-only work noticeably below a full design-and-build. If you need the design done properly, a UI/UX design phase is worth budgeting for separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
2. Number of page templates, not just pages
A 30-page site can cost less than a 12-page one if most pages share one template. What costs money is each unique layout and each CMS template: blog post, case study, team member, location page. One UK studio estimates each additional CMS template at around £500–£1,500.
3. CMS structure and content volume
Webflow's CMS is one of the main reasons businesses choose it, because your team can publish without a developer. Setting up collections, reference fields and filters takes planning, though. Migrating hundreds of existing posts adds time too, especially when the old content needs cleaning up.
4. Interactions and animation
Webflow handles scroll effects and micro-interactions well, but bespoke motion (GSAP sequences, 3D, WebGL) is specialist work. Premium agencies price it accordingly.
5. Integrations
CRM forms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), booking tools, memberships, multi-language and ecommerce each add scope. Third-party tools often carry their own monthly fees on top.
6. Who builds it
A senior studio, a solo freelancer and an offshore team will quote very differently for what looks like the same brief. The examples below show what the published UK market looks like.

Webflow website pricing in the UK: published examples
- Studio Arch (Birmingham): Template-led to custom packages, from £1,999 to £4,499+
- wat.studio: Small to complex bespoke builds, £3,500 to £25,000+
- Bambino: Brochure site up to 10 pages with CMS, from £8,000
- ViDesigns: Build only, design and build, or complete site, £12,500 to £45,000
Prices as published by each studio at the time of research. They exclude VAT and change often, so check each studio's site before you compare.

The costs most Webflow quotes leave out
When you compare quotes, look for these lines. Octo's comparison found that copy, migration, SEO and the Webflow site plan were the items most often left out of the headline price.
Webflow hosting (site plan)
The client usually pays for hosting directly to Webflow. UK studios quote roughly £14–£36 a month depending on the plan. Check Webflow's own pricing page for current rates, because they change.
Copywriting
Many build prices assume you'll supply the words. Good copy affects conversions and search visibility more than most visual choices, so budget for it if you don't have it.
SEO setup and content
There's a big difference between "SEO-friendly build" (clean headings, meta fields, redirects, sitemap) and an ongoing SEO service. The first should be included in any professional build. The second is a separate monthly investment.
Content migration
Moving an existing site can add a lot, especially from WordPress, where old URLs need redirecting and old content needs restructuring. One provider in the Octo comparison estimated migration at 20–40% on top of a comparable new build.
Ongoing support
UK Webflow retainers in published pricing run from around £500 a month for light updates to several thousand for teams that want a regular design-and-build partner.
Webflow vs a cheaper template site: is the extra cost worth it?
A template-based build by someone early in their career can come in far below the ranges above. For some businesses that's fine. But for a site you expect to bring in leads for years, ask yourself:
- Will it handle your next 50 pages without breaking the design?
- Can your team edit it without a developer?
- Does it load fast and score well on accessibility?
- Is it built so search engines and AI answer engines can understand it?
If the answer to any of those matters, the extra spend on a professional Webflow development partner usually pays for itself. If you're still choosing a platform, our Webflow vs WordPress comparison goes through the trade-offs.
How to budget for your Webflow build: a simple 5-step method
Step 1: List the templates, not the pages
Write down every type of page you need: home, service, case study, blog post, contact, landing page. That list predicts cost better than a page count.
Step 2: Decide who supplies design and copy
Be honest about what you already have. Brand guidelines? Figma designs? Finished copy? Each gap is a cost line. If your brand is still rough, sort out brand identity before the website. It's cheaper than redesigning later.
Step 3: Separate one-off and monthly costs
One-off: design, build, migration. Monthly: Webflow plan, third-party tools, SEO, support. Budgeting these separately avoids surprises in year two.
Step 4: Ask every studio the same questions
- How many revision rounds are included?
- Is QA (cross-browser, mobile, accessibility) included?
- What post-launch support is included, and for how long?
- Who owns the Webflow project and the designs?
- Are redirects and on-page SEO included?
Step 5: Add a 10–15% contingency
Scope changes. New ideas come up in design reviews. A modest buffer keeps the project moving without awkward budget conversations.
